How do I know what size my child needs?
Always measure in inches, according to the measurement guide above. Then refer to the size guide on the product page for the garment you require. Note that all garments have different size guides.
How long do I need to allow for delivery?
Although we aim to ship your order within 1-3 business days of it being placed, please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
During the busy summer holiday period, this time can increase considerably. To avoid the rush, make use of our yearly early bird offer, which is made available through each school, usually around May or June.
Actual delivery time can vary depending on your location, however all orders are shipped by Royal Mail, and should generally reach you within 1 to 3 days once shipped.
