We're managing to ship most orders in a timely manner, with only some minimal delays being experienced on some products. We're starting to see gaps in fleece availability now for example. In other news, we've had to make some changes to the way we carry out exchanges and returns. You may now be able to carry out exchanges from us directly at our Barnstaple HQ - get in touch!

After a few days of our email being offline, everything should be back to normal now on much-improved service. We now operate our mail from a dedicated Microsoft 365-powered server which should ensure you receive all email and notifications from us.
